TEAM BUILDING: DEVELOP TEAM SPIRIT
Team Building is the support and animation of a group of people belonging to the same structure in order to develop or strengthen collective motivation, a collective culture and a team spirit. It is about bringing people together at the level of meaning and conviviality.
OUR APPROACH
Meeting with the line manager who is the prescriber of the team building action in order to prepare the action
Team Building action:
The action takes place in residential over two to three days
The presence of the manager/line manager of the team is essential
The activities offered alternate education, relaxation and workshops.
Action review meeting:
This meeting is an opportunity to take stock with the line manager of the actual results of the team building.
NEEDS RELATED TO TEAM BUILDING
